विकलांगता और हास्य

दशक भर या थोडा पहले एक फिल्म आई थी ' हम है कमाल के' । इसमें बहरे और अंधे किरदारों को लेकर हास्य पैदा करने की कोशिश की गयी थी। हाल में प्यारे मोहन और टॉम डिक एंड हैरी नाम की फिल्मे आयी थी इसमें भी विकलांगता को हास्य का माध्यम बनाया गया था. मेरा अभिप्राय बस इतना है की फिल्मो के इतिहास में विकलांग किरदार हमेशा ही हास्य फिल्मो के अभिन्न अंग रहे है. क्या फिल्म निर्माता हमें हँसाने के लिए इनका सहारा लेने के लिए मजबूर है ? क्या वह इतने कल्पनाहीन है की इनके बिना हास्य फिल्मे नहीं बना सकते ?
शारीरिक विकलांग व्यक्ति को जीवन में अनेक चुनोतियो का सामना करना पड़ता है, इस लिए वह शारीरिक चुनोतिपूर्ण कहलाते है। फिल्मो में धुम्रपान और मदिरापान के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई जाती है, कानून बनाये जाते है परन्तु, धेपन, बहरेपन और गूंगेपन को हास्य का जरिया बना रहने दिया जाता है। क्या आप कल्पना कर सकते है की शारीरिक चुनोतिपूर्ण व्यक्ति इन फिल्मो से कितना असहज महसूस करते है?
फिल्म निर्माता जरा इतना सोचे की क्या इनको लेकर 'ब्लैक' जैसी फिल्मे नहीं बन सकती है.

(Dec 26,2009) unveiled what it billed as the fastest rail link in the world -- a train connecting the modern cities of Guangzhou and Wuhan at an average speed of 350 kilometres (217 miles) an hour.
The super-high-speed train reduces the 1,069 kilometre journey to a three hour ride and cuts the previous journey time by more than seven and a half hours, the official Xinhua news agency said.
लेकिन खबर का सबसे खास बिन्दु-

In September, officials said they planned to build 42 high-speed lines by 2012 in a massive system overhaul as part of efforts to spur economic growth amid the global downturn.

यकिन करिये मुझे जलन हुयी. तीन माह पहले मेने १५० किमी का सफर एक सुपरफास्ट ट्रेन से ६ घन्टॆ मे पूरा किया.
भारत मे तो बिना ट्रेक का विस्तार किए हर साल अनेक ट्रेन बूडी पटरियो मे झोक दी जाती हे.
बद्लाब शायद ही आयेगा.?
